Hello all,

I have a show later this month and the host as requested a "cream cheese pie with strawberry" recipe that she saw done at a show a while back. She doesn't remember the name of the recipe, so all I know is it was cream cheesed based with strawberries. She believes the consultant used the springform pan set to make the pie and/or cake.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool while you prepare the filling.5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until smooth. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.6. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the cooled crust and spread it out evenly.7. In a small saucepan, heat the strawberry jam and water over medium heat until the jam is melted and the mixture is smooth.8. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese filling. Drizzle the jam mixture over the strawberries.9. Place the springform pan on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set. Let the pie cool completely before removing it from the pan.10. Serve the pie chilled, topped with whipped cream if desired. Enjoy!
