...what do you give them?

My search here gave me only "homemade" gift certificates.

I just send them a quick e-mail about what a great gift they are and the denominations that they are available in...

I was trying to find what I have used but I think all I really did was cut and paste something from the website, customize it, and e-mail it to them. It's not so complicated that anything lengthy is required.

This is a little something that I made up to give to those who check for the info. It is directed at the regular gift certificates from home office. However, if someone is requesting one after getting the flyer I can then offer one of my own or the home office.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if someone checks on their DPS for gift certificate information?

If someone checks on their DPS (Direct Sales Portal) for gift certificate information, you should first verify their account details and ensure they have the correct information regarding their gift certificates. You can guide them on how to access their gift certificate balance and any applicable terms or conditions.

How can I find out the balance on my gift certificate?

To find out the balance on your gift certificate, log into your DPS account and navigate to the gift certificate section. There, you should see your current balance and any relevant transaction history. If you encounter any issues, you can reach out to customer support for assistance.

Are gift certificates transferable or can they be gifted to someone else?

Gift certificates are typically non-transferable and can only be used by the individual whose name is associated with the certificate. However, policies may vary, so it's best to check the specific terms and conditions related to gift certificates on the Pampered Chef website or contact customer service for clarification.

What is the expiration date for gift certificates?

Gift certificates usually come with an expiration date, which is specified at the time of purchase. It's important to check the details provided with the gift certificate to ensure you use it before it expires. If you're unsure, you can verify the expiration date through your DPS account or by contacting customer support.

Can I use my gift certificate for online orders?

Yes, you can typically use your gift certificate for online orders through the Pampered Chef website. When checking out, there should be an option to apply your gift certificate code. Make sure to enter it correctly to ensure the discount is applied to your order.
