I just can an e-mail that my supply order had just shipped and the number refers to my spring supply order...
 
Does that mean they are available again? I just went through all my catalogs and put the not available stickers in there!I would think we'll be getting an email from HO when they are coming

Not until we get official word!

I'm guessing when corrected, they will take care of all past customers and backorders, make sure they have stock, THEN notify us to sell again.
 
Janet, the mega scrapers are supposed to ship this week to those of us that earned or bought it. Could that be it???????

Sorry, Janet. I know I can hardly wait too. But on the other hand I am glad we will be getting our mega scraper so I can show it. I've sold a few without showing it but would love to be able to show the size and difference.

BTW, they were in separate sample packages the scraper was in B and the medium sheet pan I believe was in C. I don't remembe what package the large sheet pan was in.

I think I got two smaller packages then. I had the medium sheet pan and the mega scraper.
 
I got package A which had all 3, the mega scraper, and both pans. I got my pans with the original shipment but never my mega scraper. I too think it's the mega scraper. I know they are replacing the pans but I think they are going to do it like they are doing the mega scraper, customers first then us.

Nope, the tracking information wasn't updated in FedEx yet, it will probably be later tonight. That would tell me for sure but I'm sure now it is the scraper...
 
I tried to put in an order for a sheet pan since I have 3 people asking about them and it will not let you order them at this time still :(

When HO sent an update on April 14, it indicated that they wouldn't know more about the status on the pans for a month. We will be unable to take orders for them until at least that time, probably longer. So they are unavailable until mid-May, at the earliest.
 
That is a bummer, I guess I should read the update from the 14th better, huh?? :)
