Okay here is the thing....... Everyone who knows me on here knows that I am engaged to be married... I am getting married on December 1st of this year, My fiance and I regisarted oiurselvs with me!!! My question is how do I go about sneding out invites for my own show?? Got any suggestions?? Thanks

Did you mean your own "show" or "shower"? When I have had my own Show
which was my one year anniversary, and then a Sneak Preview a week ago, I simply invited them to come for that purpose. Then, selected one of the guests to be the hostess, and receive the 10% discount for the next year. Since I had provided all the refreshments, I took that part of the hostess benefits, and let the guest have one 1/2 price benefit. I did all the work,
and received the order and distributed it from my home. You might say that the guest was an "honorary hostess". Of course, it encourages her to place frequent orders when I have a show that comes up short. (which she has done). We have a running understanding that I will let her know when I need an extra order to submit a show. She has a running wish list. Because of her home circumstances, having a party at her house is not an option. Hope that helps you.

You could put the registry cards in your wedding invitations and also ask anyone that would be giving you a shower to include them in with the invitations.

Now that I have re-read your starting headline, I realize you are doing a Bridal
shower for yourself, right? Most gals have an honor attendent. Could you talk with that person and send the invitation "as if" that person was the hostess, and then put the card in the invitations, "as if" she was enclosing it to make it easy for them? The location of the party does not make much difference. It's easy to explain as being the most convenient or largest place, available to have it.
If you, in fact, are doing all the work, and providing all the refreshments, and receiving the order and distributing it, it would make sense for you to get all the benefits a hostess would receive. There are two sides to this coin. What is acceptable to The Pampered Chef, and the social aspects of being your own party giver.
Either way, it might be nicer to have somebody elses name as the hostess,
even tho that might not be the reality of it. May you be blessed by generous guests, and some who will also give you PC wedding gifts.

When my daughter recently had a baby shower, she sent out the invites herself, with RSVPs, etc. going to her, although a friend of hers (who lived out of town and was going to school full-time actially "hosted" it for her). Although it looked strange, as the "friend" was never mentioned in the invite (it looked like my daughter was hosting her own shower), it went over really well, especially the food and decorations her friend made.

I agree with Grandmarita. I would ask your Mom or relativeif you don't have a Maid/Matron of Honor to do something for you.

I have a maid/matron of honor now I jsut need to plan it with her.... now would it be werid for me to do my own demo??? I am the only consultant in the town that I live in so what do you guys suggested?

Sure why not do your own demo. You might want to make sure you talk about the products you want and what you will use them for as well as reminding people that they can also place their own orders.

Or you might want to do more hands on - have your friends and family do the work while you "direct".
