I am sooo excited...we are approved through the board and superintendent and it's a "go". Spent all day at each school getting it finalized..There are 3,380 students in the district. We are focusing on the cookbook thing but opening it up for a full catalog ordering...full catalog ordering will only be done through my website. I want to make sure we are following all the policies for everything...Even if 10% participated that would be a wonderful outcome for this 6th grade boy...I'll keep you posted.

boy's fundraiserThanks ladies for the nice words and encouragement!
Actually the 14,000 was this past May...did a similiar show for a good friend of mine who's 13 year old daughter was diagnosed with a rare childhood cancer. We did it as a regular show and was able to give most of my commission to her and on top of that filled her kitchen with much needed product and she is using a lot of it to fill raffle baskets now for other events in the community. She actually hooked up with this current mom that I am doing the one for David) at the Cleveland Clinic and that is how I was contacted about helping coordinate this one through the district for him. They are wonderful people and his mom had been out of work for a while so it was even more heart tugging...we will see how it goes...Even if only a small portion participates that's better than nothing...

I wish you much success in your fundraiser. Please keep us updated.
