I'm so excited! I got the Pampered Chef spot at a Parenting Conference coming up in April. The church will be having speakers and seminars thru-out the day and special times to visit the vendor hall.

Well I need booth ideas. I've done plenty of craft show booth, but I think I need to change gears for this one. Any ideas on how to approach this?

People are not coming to the conference to spend money, so I do not want people to walk right by my booth as soon as they see "The Pampered Chef."

Thanks for the help! :)

I would definately concentrate on the $2 meals in 29 minutes or less! Also, I was thinking about a woman I heard from that carried her food chopper everywhere for her toddler. She would give her daughter the same food that she ate, just chop it up at the restaurant! Good luck!

Maybe something that showed getting the parents and kids in the kitchen together - like kids cooking shows/classes. I know my two boys are excited that I'm going to start teaching them how to cook in our regular school week (we homeschool).

That's a great idea. My son loves to help me cook too- he's 3.5. And cooking together leads to more dinner time as a family. I think family time keeps kids out of trouble and keeps the lines of communication open (until they're teenagers and then it's all over :p)

Are you doing the one with Lisa Whelchel?

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some eye-catching display ideas for my Pampered Chef booth?

To make your booth stand out, consider using bright colors and attractive signage that highlights your products. Incorporate tiered displays to showcase various items at different heights, and use tablecloths that complement your brand colors. Adding a cooking demonstration area can also draw attention and engage attendees.

How can I effectively engage with parents at the conference?

Engagement is key! Start conversations by asking parents about their cooking challenges and share how Pampered Chef products can solve those issues. Offer free samples of food prepared with your products and encourage attendees to participate in hands-on demonstrations. Personal stories about how the products have helped you can also resonate well.

Should I offer any promotions or incentives at my booth?

Yes, offering promotions can attract more visitors to your booth. Consider running a special conference discount, a buy-one-get-one offer, or a raffle for a Pampered Chef product. Make sure to promote these incentives clearly on your signage and through your interactions with attendees.

What materials should I bring to my booth for maximum impact?

Bring a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, business cards, and product catalogs. High-quality visuals, such as banners and posters, can also enhance your booth's appeal. Additionally, consider having a tablet or laptop to showcase videos of your products in action or customer testimonials.

How can I follow up with leads after the conference?

Collect contact information from interested attendees through a sign-up sheet or a digital form. After the conference, send personalized follow-up emails thanking them for visiting your booth and providing additional information about your products. You can also include a special offer to encourage them to make a purchase.
