At $5 a card, and probably playing 3-5 rounds, that's $15-$25 on cards that the guests could be buying Pampered Chef items off of - that I can get commission off of. Is it $5 a card, or just $5 to come to the show and play a few rounds?
I would like to see postings of $ spent to prepare for show, $ results of show, number of people in attendance, etc. I'm just trying to justify it a bit.
Thank-x!

Or, if you know a member who is part of the volunteer fireman or a fireman, sometimes they are able to rent the room for free. Just an idea for everyone, it never hurts to ask!
Cheers,

A Pampered Chef Bingo Fundraiser is a fun and interactive way to raise money for a cause while showcasing Pampered Chef products. Participants purchase bingo cards and play for prizes, which can include Pampered Chef items, gift cards, or other donated prizes. The event can be held in person or virtually, making it accessible to a wide audience.
Choose a date that doesn't conflict with major holidays or local events to maximize attendance. Promote your fundraiser through social media, email newsletters, and community bulletin boards. Create an event page and encourage participants to invite friends and family. Utilize local businesses to help spread the word by providing flyers or posters.
You will need bingo cards, markers or chips for players, a bingo cage or random number generator, and prizes for winners. Additionally, consider having Pampered Chef catalogs available for guests to browse and order from. You may also want to prepare refreshments to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Incorporate product demonstrations during breaks in the game to showcase the versatility of Pampered Chef items. Offer exclusive discounts or bundles for attendees who place orders during the event. Consider running a raffle for participants who make a purchase, providing an extra incentive to buy.
Keep the energy high by interacting with participants, sharing fun facts about the products, and encouraging friendly competition. Use themed bingo calls related to cooking or kitchen tips to keep it engaging. Consider incorporating mini-games or trivia related to Pampered Chef to break up the bingo rounds and maintain excitement.
