I don't know if it was the date I chose or what. I decided to invite other vendors this year and have it as a holiday bazaar venue. I rented a local grange and invited vendors to rent table space. The cost of their table covers advertising the event too. I have had a big response. I think I am at 9 vendors joining me now. I am having them invite their clients as well.

I have one set up for November 3rd. I have 10+ vendors coming and a caterer and a doula. We are having it in a hall with a bartender. The caterer is bringing
samples of hot appetizers so all the vendors will bring a dessert. I am thinking of having hot apple cider. I am so excited!!!! I got the hall for FREE along with the bartender!!!!!
A Holiday Open House is a casual gathering where you invite friends, family, and potential customers to showcase Pampered Chef products, share recipes, and celebrate the holiday season. Hosting one can help you boost sales, introduce new products, and create a fun, festive atmosphere that encourages social interaction and community building.
Promote your event through social media, email invitations, and personal messages. Create an event page on Facebook, share enticing images of your products, and highlight any special promotions or giveaways. Consider sending out reminders as the date approaches to ensure maximum attendance.
Decorate your space with holiday-themed decorations, such as lights, garlands, and table settings. Play holiday music in the background to set the mood. Offer seasonal snacks and beverages, and consider a fun theme, like a cookie decorating station or a hot cocoa bar, to engage your guests and encourage them to mingle.
Focus on products that are popular for holiday cooking and entertaining, such as baking tools, serving platters, and kitchen gadgets. Highlight items that make great gifts, like unique kitchen tools or cookbooks. Demonstrating how to use these products in holiday recipes can also entice guests to make purchases.
Offer exclusive discounts or promotions for orders placed during the Open House. Create a fun atmosphere with games or raffles that encourage purchases. Consider providing a special gift for guests who place orders, such as a small Pampered Chef item or a recipe booklet, to incentivize them to buy.
