I have downloaded utilities 2x now since Dec. 1st and I still cannot enter the deepdishbaker #1321 !! Is anyone else having trouble?

Nor can I enter the decorator bottle sets at #1585! Help!
 
You went under "Update" and then "Download Product List"? That's what I did and it worked because I can enter the Decorator Bottle Set.

If it doesn't work (some people have had to do it a couple times), call tech support in the morning and I bet they can help. Good luck!:)

Correct, I did both 3x now and still nothing! I guess I will have to call Tech suport tomorrow! Thanks!

try changing date of show just by a day I had the same problem and that seemed to to the trick
 
entering PPYes, if your show is dated in Nov it will not accept the baker or bottles... and the stop sell was lifted 12/1
 
Shows dated November can include the Deep Covered Baker and Decorator Bottle Sets. I submitted two shows last night that were dated for November and they are showing up in my IPT. So, even though the stop sell was lifted December 1st, any shows we submit after that can include them! :)
