Help Needed: Mexican Bean Dip Recipe from It's Good for You Cookbook

I do not have the It's Good for You Cookbook. Can someone please tell me the recipe for the Mexican Bean Did found on p. 19? I have a lady that has had it before and would like to make it for a party. Thank you!
