The Pampered Chef offers a limited lifetime warranty for all of our products, including the food chopper. This means that if your food chopper breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
If your food chopper breaks under warranty, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-342-0101. They will assist you in filing a claim and getting a replacement chopper sent to you.
No, you do not need to provide proof of purchase for a replacement chopper under warranty. Our customer service team will be able to verify your warranty coverage using your contact information.
Our warranty policy only covers replacement of defective products. If your food chopper breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same or a similar item. We do not offer refunds for warranty claims.
Once your warranty claim has been approved, you can expect to receive your replacement chopper within 7-10 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
