Bumping... so no one's tried any of the cookie recipes??? :(

I made the lemon drops and they were AWESOME! And of course the s'more cups. It's just us two and we sure don't need cookies sitting around. I plan to try several of them this Thanksgiving when my kids/grandkids come from WI.

Good to know about the Lemon Drop Cookies. DH was looking at those...

I am dying to know how the Rosemary ones are. I would never think of putting Rosemary in cookies, so I am intrigued.

How do I make Hazelnut Shortbread Cookies?

To make Hazelnut Shortbread Cookies, you typically mix softened butter with sugar until creamy, then gradually add hazelnut flour and all-purpose flour. Can I substitute ingredients in the Hazelnut Shortbread Cookies recipe?

Yes, you can substitute some ingredients! For example, if you don't have hazelnut flour, you can use almond flour or all-purpose flour, but the flavor will change. You can also use a sugar substitute if you're looking for a lower-calorie option.

How should I store Hazelnut Shortbread Cookies?

To keep your Hazelnut Shortbread Cookies fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to three months. Just make sure to separate layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
