Hi

Does anyone have a recipe for bread rolls made in the 6-cup muffin pan (or the 12-cup come to that, I can always halve it!)?

Any type of bread, cornbread etc. would be great.

What types of bread can I make in a 6-cup muffin pan?

You can make a variety of breads in a 6-cup muffin pan, including quick breads like banana bread, cornbread, and even savory options like cheese bread. The muffin pan is perfect for portioning out individual servings, making it convenient for sharing or freezing leftovers.

How do I adjust baking times when using a muffin pan for bread?

When using a 6-cup muffin pan, you typically need to reduce the baking time compared to a loaf pan. Start checking for doneness around 15-20 minutes, as muffins usually bake faster. Use a toothpick inserted in the center to check if they are fully baked; it should come out clean or with a few crumbs.
