Hey, I am doing a holiday bazaar for the first time. I am a new consultant and not sure what I can do for it. I can't bring any type of food ( my handler permit expired) anyways...I have the basic new consultant kit and some supplies and other things on the way. If you guys have any suggestions about how to make it look like you would want to buy from it just let me know. Im the only one that is selling anything that has to do with the kitchen so far....anyways...can't wait to hear from you guys!! :D

Hey,
Good luck with your holiday bazaar. I would suggest printing some recipe cards related to the holidays. Although you can't serve food, you could pre-make a recipe as a prop and give away the recipe cards for that prop. Good luck. Jez

My suggestion is that, once you set up, you make sure to step around and look at it from the attendees' perspective. Does it look cluttered? Is everything visible? Don't feel like you have to put every PC product you own on display. Clean and simple works best.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Holiday Bazaar and how can I participate?

A Holiday Bazaar is a festive event where vendors sell various products, often handmade or unique items, during the holiday season. To participate, you can either rent a booth to showcase your Pampered Chef products or attend as a shopper to explore different offerings. Check with the event organizer for specific participation details.

What Pampered Chef products should I showcase at the Holiday Bazaar?

Consider showcasing popular and versatile items that make great gifts or enhance holiday cooking. Some suggestions include the Mix 'N Chop, Stoneware, and the Deluxe Cooking Blender. Highlight seasonal items or bundles that cater to holiday cooking and entertaining.

How can I attract customers to my booth at the Holiday Bazaar?

To attract customers, create an inviting booth display with clear signage and attractive arrangements of your products. Offer samples of food prepared using Pampered Chef tools, and consider running a special promotion or giveaway to entice visitors. Engaging with attendees and sharing cooking tips can also draw interest.

What marketing materials should I bring to the Holiday Bazaar?

Bring business cards, product catalogs, and flyers that detail your offerings and any special promotions. Having a sign-up sheet for your newsletter or future events can help you build a customer base. Additionally, consider having a tablet or phone available for customers to place orders online.

How can I prepare for the Holiday Bazaar in terms of inventory?

Start by assessing your current inventory and determining which products are likely to sell well during the holiday season. Stock up on popular items and consider creating gift bundles. It's also wise to have a few extra items on hand to accommodate unexpected demand. Plan your inventory based on your sales goals and past event experiences.
