I am hosting my Grand Opening Event on Sunday and I am a little nervous.

Is there any advice you all can offer me? I am going to do two recipes and was thinking of having the guest involved. Any thoughts?

Keep things as simple as you can. Don't worry if you don't remember every single feature a product has. Have fun! Smile and get people to try out the products. Use the booking slide while whatever is cooking or while they are eating. It helps so you don't forget to mention the benefits of hosting. Do a full service checkout and ask everyone if they would be able to help you out and have a party. If they say no, ask if they would be willing to pass around some catalogs and do a catalog show. Don't assume people's interest level...you never know who might say yes! I'd also recommend you check out some of the online courses on Consultant's Corner (CC). Good luck & have fun with it! :)
