I like the things I can actually use there at Conference, especially if it's something I forgot to pack for myself.Things like: gum, mints, fun pen/pencil, notebook, tissues, cough drops, breath spray, bandaids, etc.
I only saw our Exec give 2 or 3 gifts to the VERY TOP Achievers in the sales, recruiting or the TPC mult. categories! She only gave everyone else printed certificates. I too was kind of suprised with how much orverrides she gets from them through out the year!Christ Follower said:Just curious if they are all this way, or if your executives gave better gifts...
Gifts from your upline at the conference can vary widely, but they often include items like kitchen tools, branded merchandise, motivational books, or personalized gifts that reflect your relationship with your upline. Some uplines may also provide experiences, such as tickets to special events or workshops.
Yes, many attendees have shared memorable experiences, such as receiving high-quality kitchen gadgets, personalized aprons, or even surprise gift baskets filled with Pampered Chef products. Some uplines have gone above and beyond by organizing group outings or special dinners for their teams.
Some attendees have reported receiving generic or low-quality items that felt impersonal or not well thought out. Others have expressed disappointment if they felt excluded from receiving gifts, especially if they were new to the team or had not yet built a strong relationship with their upline.
To maximize your experience, engage with your upline before the conference to express your interests and preferences. Be open to surprises and show appreciation for any gifts you receive. Additionally, consider sharing your own experiences and feedback with your upline to foster a stronger connection.
If you're disappointed with the gifts, it's important to communicate your feelings constructively. Consider discussing your expectations with your upline in a respectful manner. You can also focus on the overall experience of the conference, networking opportunities, and the knowledge gained, which can often outweigh the material gifts.
