Get a Custom Window Decal - Where to Buy?

I have a vinyl plotter (the same thing the sign places have) and made me own window signs. It has helped generate some business for me.

They make window decals for direct sales folks like us. They have a PC logo that I ordered and that I am very HAPPY with.

I didn't want one the size that was offered (I have a wiper on my rear window - so needed one for side windows) - so he made me 2 that go on each side of my rear/side windows.

They look very professional and were easy to install...they send you great picture instructions...

If they aren't listed on CC, they aren't an official vendor and are not supposed to be using the logo. Unless they're making something for an Executive or above.

I have had mine on my vehicle for about 6 months and have received 6 shows, $100.00 in orders and lots of possibles because of the info on my car. I always ask people how they found me - they somtimes say "Your phone # or website on your car."

I can't (shouldn't) post a picture of mine on my car because (as LOGO Police Officer Ann said (love ya Ann)) it is not from an approved vendor.

I actually found this out about a week ago when my SD told me I couldn't/shouldn't have it on my vehicle - even though she really liked it a lot...

And we ALL know that NOBODY violates the trademark restrictions on business cards, flyers, decals, letterhead, etc. --- RIGHT!!

I tried taking it off this week - but boy - it is stuck on good.

Maybe I will take the advise of others on this thread and order the expensive, little, so-so one without my personal info on it - one from Merrill...

I don't think you should worry about it. My Executive Director had hers made at a local shop, too and she encouraged me a meer consultant to do the same. The company does not have a patrol car roaming the streets and knocking on consultants doors asking where they got their signs. My ED said the only thing she suggested that you don't put on it is "HIRING NOW".

Understand that one!!!! When the commercial came on that had "zoom, zoom, zoom" on it my dh said that"s moms commercial". The kids thought that was great. I even had one officer ask me one time (after stopping me to inform me I was driving too fast) Would you like a warning or a ticket was an easy answer and the kids had a GREAT BIG LAUGH (after policeman left)when I replied "a warning would be nice!" I really don't intend to drive fast but it seems I'm always in a hurry trying to get too much done. It's a good thing I now have cruise control... that actually works!!

My director has the logo from Merrill, and had her website and phone# made at a local shop to put below. She is having good luck with it. Gina, I really dont think you need to worry.

I didn't mean to start trouble. I just didn't want people to think that they don't have to follow ANY of the rules. We all have been in a situation when we did something that wasn't allowed, not because we were trying to get away with it, but because we were unclear on the actual policies. It sounds like that's what happened in your case. HO has the rules to protect the integrity of the logo, and keep people from putting it on things that look like garbage or are inappropriate (the TP from Spaceballs comes to mind ).

I ordered my window lettering from Uppercase Living (as I also dabble in that company boy, am I busy...). I do not have the PC logo, but do have my name, phone number, the words Independent Representative for the Pampered Chef, and /cookinginnorthbend without the www.........

I picked my own fonts, my own colors and all in all it cost me about $46.00.

They must have gotten in trouble with Home Office because there is absolutely nothing on their site about Pampered Chef now.
