I was talking to a sister director today about the Merrill necklace and we were both like NO WAY!!! People around here would think it's dumb. *dunno*

I do a mix of PC dollars and then charms.
For $1,000 parties
The first party, they receive a rhinstone $1000 charm holder and a "$" sign charm. For each party after, they continue to receive a $ charm
For recruiting
The first recruit, they receive a key charm holder and a small key charm. For each recruit signed after, another key charm is given
A new one...for each potential recruit lead they bring to a meeting they receive the first time a charm holder that says: Share the Dream and a little pineapple charm. And from then on, every time they bring a potential recruit they will receive another pineapple charm.
The Charm System in Pampered Chef is a recognition program designed to celebrate and reward consultants for their achievements and milestones. Consultants earn charms for various accomplishments, such as sales goals, recruiting new team members, and reaching personal development milestones. These charms can be collected and displayed on a charm bracelet or necklace, serving as a tangible reminder of their successes.
To find the perfect charm for your quarterly recognition, consider the specific achievements you want to celebrate. Review the criteria for earning charms and select one that aligns with your accomplishments. Additionally, think about personal significance—choose a charm that resonates with your journey or represents a milestone that is meaningful to you.
Yes, there are various types of charms available in the Pampered Chef Charm System. Each charm represents different achievements, such as sales milestones, team building, or participation in special events. Some charms may also be themed around specific products or promotions, allowing consultants to personalize their charm collection based on their experiences and successes.
While the charms themselves are not customizable, you can personalize your charm collection by choosing which charms to include based on your achievements and preferences. You can also arrange them on your bracelet or necklace in a way that tells your unique story, showcasing your journey and the milestones that are most important to you.
Consultants can earn new charms quarterly, based on their performance and achievements during that period. Each quarter, Pampered Chef evaluates the accomplishments of consultants, and those who meet the criteria will receive recognition charms. This encourages ongoing motivation and goal-setting throughout the year.
