chefkristin said:I have stuff delivered to my parents house and have no problem. They live on a private road so things are fine there. However, it would be so much easier if I could have them delivered to me, but I live in a condo and I know that UPS would leave things here without a signature IN PERSON! That was annoying. I don't know if Fedex would leave it or not.

I was already at work when I called FedEx. I got in at 7 this morning. Which means that I can leave at 4 - home by 4:30 - and with my luck, FE won't have been to the house by then.pamperedharriet said:Come on Ann--get your priorities straight! It's already too late I am sure you are at work!

If your FedEx delivery is delayed, first check the tracking information provided by FedEx for updates. If the delay persists, contact FedEx customer service for assistance. Additionally, reach out to your Pampered Chef consultant or the company’s support team to inform them of the situation and see if they can provide any guidance or support.
You can track your Sell-a-Thon product shipment by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Visit the FedEx website and enter the tracking number in the designated field to see the current status of your delivery.
A delay in delivery may affect your ability to participate in the Sell-a-Thon if you do not receive your products in time for the event. However, it’s best to communicate with your Pampered Chef consultant or the event organizers to discuss your situation and explore any possible accommodations.
If your Sell-a-Thon samples are lost in transit, you should contact Pampered Chef customer service as soon as possible. They will guide you through the process of filing a claim and may offer a refund or replacement depending on the circumstances of the loss.
To avoid FedEx delivery delays in the future, consider placing your orders well in advance of any events or deadlines. Ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Additionally, monitor weather conditions and peak holiday seasons, as these can impact delivery times. Lastly, consider selecting expedited shipping options if you need items urgently.
