I don't know who mentioned this a while back, but I just got around to trying it and it is delicious!:thumbup:

I don't know if I mentioned it, but that's how I've been doing them - along with a squeeze of lime using the citrus press!

(I also use the Chipotle Rub to make the Jerk chicken nachos - I love that stuff!)

Oooh, I'll have to try that! I've been doing those Easy Chicken Fajitas like CRAZY at shows. Just sold a full priced DCB because of it and booked a January show.:)

I made fajitas for lunch last week Friday using chicken thighs and Chipotle rub. I sliced the meat and grilled it in the grill pan, and made a family skillet of onions, bell peppers and mushrooms to go with it. YUM!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What ingredients are needed to make Fajitas with Chipotle Seasoning?

To make Fajitas with Chipotle Seasoning, you will need bell peppers, onions, your choice of protein (such as chicken, beef, or shrimp), olive oil, and Pampered Chef's Chipotle Seasoning. You can also add tortillas and your favorite toppings like sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.

How do I prepare the Fajitas with Chipotle Seasoning?

Start by slicing the bell peppers and onions. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced vegetables and cook until they are tender. Then, add your protein and sprinkle the Chipotle Seasoning over the mixture. Cook until the protein is fully cooked and everything is well combined. Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.

Can I use other seasonings instead of Chipotle Seasoning?

Yes, you can use other seasonings if you prefer. However, Chipotle Seasoning adds a unique smoky flavor that enhances the fajitas. If you want to experiment, consider using taco seasoning, fajita seasoning, or a blend of spices like cumin and paprika for a different taste.

How spicy are the Fajitas with Chipotle Seasoning?

The spiciness of the fajitas will depend on the amount of Chipotle Seasoning you use. Chipotle seasoning typically has a moderate heat level, but you can adjust the quantity to suit your taste. If you prefer milder fajitas, start with a smaller amount and add more as needed.

Can I make Fajitas with Chipotle Seasoning ahead of time?

Yes, you can prepare the fajitas ahead of time. Cook the vegetables and protein, then store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. When you're ready to serve, simply reheat the mixture in a skillet or microwave and serve with fresh tortillas. This makes for a quick and easy meal option!
