chefann said:Sometimes you can see earned item shipments in the adjustment area. Go in as if you're doing an adjustment, but select "search for shows." Select all types, and this year. Things with a "G" in the middle (I think) are earned items. That's where your POR should show up. Use the show number (your cons. ID + G + show# +01) as the reference number on fedex.com to track it.
You can track your first free cookware piece by logging into your Pampered Chef account. Once logged in, navigate to your order history where you will find details about your free cookware item, including its shipping status.
The delivery time for your free cookware piece typically ranges from 7 to 14 business days after your qualifying order is processed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once it has shipped.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, you can still track your cookware piece by checking your order history in your Pampered Chef account. If you have any issues, you can contact customer service for assistance.
If your cookware piece hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, first check the tracking information provided in your order history.
