I haven't even ordered my kit yet! My show closes tomorrow so hopefully I will have my kit by the end of the week.

I'm English but I live near St. Louis with my hubby and 2 little ones (age 2 and 1). We're not making ends meet financially right now so I'm hoping that this will help us pay down our debt.

I'm very excited about it and hoping the English accent will give me a wee bit of a boost. ;)

How exciting for you! Welcome to PC - you will love it!! I love everything about it, and I am planning to become a director by January. I just started in April, so you can take your new business where ever you want, however fast you want it to go.

And yes, I think the English accent will give you a wee bit of a boost. Love it!

Welcome to the family! I bet you'll love it!!:D

Welcome to PC! I've been a consultant for 6 months myself. It's so much fun you will love it. One bit of advice - ask, ask, ask everybody. Don't assume they won't be interested in becoming a consultant, booking a show, or placing an order. People will really surprise you. I recently asked a salesman in my office about taking a catalog and he is booking a show. He's a single man with 2 children to raise (lost wife to cancer). I'd have never expected a show from him, but he wants the cookware. You never know! I wish you the best. Whatever you put into it will determine what you get out of it. Go for it! Let than accent work for you.

Welcome! My Nana's family is still in Liverpool! I wish I could comment on the accent, but I usually don't notice because I grew up with it! Feel free to email me with any questions! I am so excited for you!!

That's so cool! I too just signed my agreement days ago and haven't gotten my kit yet. However, I also have 2 catalog shows booked, one for Aug. and one for September. Plus, I have a maybe recruit in Japan! I love PC and at first was nervous about it because I'm kinda shy; but after joining this site and seeing everyone's posts, I'm confident I can do this! Thanks everyone for such wonderful ideas and inspiration!
