Hi there! I completely agree with you that having a forum dedicated to enhancing host performance would be incredibly valuable for all of us consultants. As a pampered chef consultant, I know that a successful show starts with a well-prepared and motivated host. I would love to share my tips and strategies for helping hosts have a better show, and also learn from others in the community. One tip that I have found to be effective is to communicate with the host early and often leading up to the show. This includes sending them a host packet with information about the products and promotions, as well as following up with them to make sure they have everything they need for a successful show. I also like to offer incentives for hosts who book additional shows or reach certain sales goals. This not only motivates them, but also benefits my business.I'm looking forward to hearing more tips and strategies from other consultants in this forum.
