I have searched and have not had much luck in finding the answer, so I thought I would take a chance and maybe someone here would know. Can I order the pack of 5 via Pampered Partner or does it have to be mailed in? I see on the website that it is available as a write in, but then it also says it is available via PP. I have updated my PP too. TIA!!! Tammy
 
Yes you can. It is item ES44. I had the same problem until I realized that I had only done the program update and not the product update.

Oh my, thanks so much for that tip!! I was going crazy trying to find it!! I didn't do the product update. I feel soooo much better now!! Thanks a million!!

I had the same trouble; trying to order via PP; I even had to call home office a few times, I finally got it to take though and my packs arrived today. When you update, it's best to ONLY update the Product List, I was updating all but when I tried just the product list I was finally able to get it to take. I kept checking here and nothing was mentioned. Good Luck.
