What type of directions do you want the guests to have? I have a sticker I use on my postcards about ordering online if they can't make the show, and tell the host to share the special with the guests (always use the outside order forms for the month with the special on them --stamped with my info for them to make checks payable to me)....what else did you want them to know?straitfan said:Trying not to reinvent the wheel here. Has someone created some easy to follow step by step directions to give to hostesses so that they can pass them out to guests?
Thanks in advance!
Hostess packets are materials provided to Pampered Chef hosts to help them understand their role and promote their cooking shows. These packets typically include information about the products, party planning tips, and promotional materials to engage guests.
To create an effective Hostess Packet, include a welcome letter, product catalogs, order forms, and any special promotions. Make sure to personalize the packet with the host's name and specific details about their party to make it more engaging.
Directions for the Hostess Packet should include step-by-step instructions on how to use the materials, tips for inviting guests, how to set up the party, and suggestions for recipes to demonstrate during the event. Clear and concise instructions will help the host feel confident and prepared.
To ensure your hosts understand the directions, consider providing a brief training session or a video tutorial. Additionally, encourage them to reach out with any questions and offer to follow up with them before the party to address any concerns.
Common mistakes to avoid include overwhelming the host with too much information, not personalizing the packet, and failing to include essential materials like order forms or catalogs. Keeping the packet organized and straightforward will help hosts feel more comfortable and prepared.
