First thing Jenna - I do't think your ED needs to tell you how many shows that you need to be doing.....unless you've asked for coaching from her. Afterall, it's your business, not hers! That being said, I'm working towards turning my part-time biz into more of a full-time biz so I do @ 8 shows per month right now. I'd like to have @ 12 per month.stefani2 said:I am just wondering HOW MANY shows do you do during a month? Anyone want to share. (MY ED told us at our Training Meeting we NEED to be doing at least 10!...is that realistic???)
Curious,
Jenna

How many shows do you want to do? How much time do you wan to give to PC? Are you a hobbyist, part-timer or full-timer? Do you do this for fun or are you relying on PC to pay bills or just support your habit?
I can manage about 8 shows a month...I'd like to add more, but with everything else that just isn't possible. I'd love more money and more recruits, but I have to be able to handle all that to be successful.stefani2 said:I am just wondering HOW MANY shows do you do during a month? Anyone want to share. I think it's only $200 in sales every 2 months.Di_Can_Cook said:If somebody told me I NEED to have 10 shows a month, I'd decide I NEED to be under another director, or out the door!
I strive to have 2 shows a month and with work, that is a struggle. I don't always meet the goal.
You NEED to have $250 in sales every 2 months, or you become "inactive." But you can re-activate just by selling again. That is what I love about this business!
