Yep, nothing happens with orders through your website (ifthey are linked to a show) until you enter them on PP. I was soooooo excited when my first web order came through! :D

You have to enter into PP orders that were placed online under someones name/party. If it went thru as an individual order, you don't have to do anything(except follow up after it's been shipped to give good cust serv).

The email that you get from PC should be pretty clear. Also, when you are "working with shows" on your web site assistant there should be a number under the column "unreviewed/reviewed web orders" That is a quick way to tell if you have orders to enter or not.

Hope that helps!

Hi Shannon,

Congratulations on receiving your first order from your website! That's a great accomplishment. Yes, you are correct, you will need to manually enter the order into PP in order for the host to receive credit. You can do this by going to your consultant portal and entering the order details under the "Orders" tab. If you have any trouble, reach out to your upline or the Pampered Chef support team for assistance. Keep up the great work!

Best,

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need to manually enter website orders into Pampered Chef for host credit?

No, you do not need to manually enter website orders for host credit. When customers place orders through your personal Pampered Chef website, the system automatically tracks these orders and applies the host credit accordingly.

How does host credit work for website orders?

Host credit is automatically calculated based on the total sales generated through your personal website. Once the party closes, the system will allocate the appropriate host credit based on the total sales, including website orders.

What if a customer places an order after the party closes?

If a customer places an order after the party has closed, that order will not count towards the host credit for that specific party. It is important to remind customers to place their orders before the party closing date to ensure they are included.

Can I see which orders were placed through my website?

Yes, you can view the orders placed through your website by accessing your Pampered Chef consultant portal. This allows you to track sales and see which customers have ordered, helping you manage your parties effectively.

What should I do if a website order is missing from the host credit?

If you notice a website order is missing from the host credit, first check the order status in your consultant portal. If there’s an issue, contact Pampered Chef support for assistance in resolving the discrepancy.
