Can guests put in a comment on why they can't come to a party. A host thinks this works like evite.com where you get to see 'why' they can't come but I'm thinking our website doesn't offer that feature. (She sent more than 60 evites!)
 
No, they can't. But, they can reply to the invitation and tell her that way.
