Wondering if anyone can help me out? I recently ordered the martini glasses through CC (samples). When they shipped them to me they were packaged really funny and there were only 2 of them, and maybe worst of all no recipe card. I called and of course they sent 2 more glasses but still no recipe. Can someone please share with me the recipe that comes with the martini glasses? I would really appreciate it.

I haven't checked yet, but if there was a recipe to go with that product, you should be able to find it on CC in the recipes section.

Thanks so much! i just checked there and it looks like it's the Mango Mousse. Looks really good. When the weather warms up I'll have to try this.

Yep, found it. One way to find it would be like this: You go under recipes and then "search PC recipes". Then you can search by the Use & Care and go under the Entertaining category. Then when you click on the product, it shows "recipe" and it's a clickable feature. When you click that it shows 3 recipes. Mango Mousse
Ingredients:
3 large mangos, peeled and pitted
1/2 cup (125 mL) water, divided
1 envelope (0.25 oz/10 g) unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup (50 mL) granulated sugar

1 cup (250 mL) heavy whipping cream, chilled
1/4 cup (50 mL) powdered sugar
1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
3/4 cup (175 mL) fresh raspberriesDirections:
Place mango flesh into blender container; cover and blend until smooth. Press mango purée through fine-mesh strainer into small mixing bowl; set aside and discard fibrous strings.
Place half of the water into small bowl; sprinkle with gelatin. Place remaining water and granulated sugar into large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute; stir until sugar is dissolved. Whisk in gelatin mixture; cool slightly. Add to mango purée, whisking constantly.
In large chilled mixing bowl, beat cream on high speed of electric mixer 1 minute. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat 2-3 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Gently fold one-third of the cream mixture into mango mixture just until combined. Repeat until all of the cream mixture is added to the mango mixture. Divide mousse evenly among Dots Martini Glasses. Top with raspberries; cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour or until set. Remove plastic and serve.

Frequently Asked Questions

What ingredients do I need for the perfect martini recipe?

To create the perfect martini, you'll need the following ingredients: 2 ounces of gin or vodka, 1 ounce of dry vermouth, and ice. You can also add an olive or a lemon twist for garnish, depending on your preference.

How do I properly mix a martini?

To mix a martini, fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the gin or vodka and dry vermouth, then shake or stir well until chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and garnish as desired.

What type of martini glasses are best for serving?

Classic martini glasses are typically used for serving martinis. They have a wide, shallow bowl and a long stem, which helps keep the drink cold without warming it with your hand. However, you can also use modern variations like coupe glasses for a stylish twist.

Can I make a flavored martini using the same recipe?

Yes! You can easily modify the classic martini recipe to create flavored martinis. Simply add flavored liqueurs, fruit purees, or syrups to the base recipe to achieve your desired taste. For example, adding a splash of raspberry liqueur can create a delicious raspberry martini.

Are there any tips for garnishing my martini?

When garnishing your martini, consider using a single olive, a twist of lemon peel, or a cocktail onion for a dirty martini. Make sure to use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and presentation. You can also experiment with unique garnishes like herbs or edible flowers for a creative touch.
