Dill Mix: add to scrambled or fried eggs, deviled eggs, sprinkle on salmon before baking

Southwestern: Bake tortillas cut in triangles with the pizza cutter on the stone until crisp (400° for 10-15 minutes). Grate cheddar cheese over the chips, and sprinkle Southwestern on them. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted. Serve immediately with salsa

Also, scrambled eggs, add to refried beans, or add to the old Velveeta/Rotel tomato combo to spice up your nacho dip even more

Rosemary Herb: WONDERFUL added to vegetable soup

Sprinkle on roast beef before roasting, chicken, too, of course

Slice zucchini and yellow squash with the USG and saute on med. high heat in sauté pan with a T. of olive oil, stirring constantly until tender. Before removing from pan, sprinkle lightly with seasoning and stir, cooking several seconds more, then serve. A small amount of butter can be added with the olive oil to add flavor while sautéing, but oil must be used with butter to keep butter from burning.

Cinnamon Plus

Add to pancake mix along with some vanilla, add to any boxed muffin mix particularly "spicy" flavors like apple cinnamon; or blueberry is good, too.

Cajun: Great on pop corn! For grilling shrimp, we make foil boats, add
fresh shrimp (best with the larger prawns), little butter, pressed garlic,
and our cajun spice. Doesn't take long to grill - maybe 6 - 8 minutes (or
until they look opaque).

Lemon Pepper: On fresh fish. . . thinly sliced onion and tomatoes, with our
lemon pepper. This can be grilled or baked. (wrap in foil).

Dill Mix: Add to deviled egg mixture.
