The descriptions on the Merrill site for both the indoor and outdoor banners are identical. Does anyone know (other than the price) what the difference is? There is some chance of using it outdoors, but not sure that I want to pay almost twice as much if they are pretty much the same thing!

Thanks.:chef:

That's what I was wondering too!!

it is safe for weather--

Do you have them both? Since the descriptions are the same, that indicates that they are made of the same material.

I bought the inside one and it is made of a vinyl type material. If the weather is ok you can for sure use it outside. I have a canopy I use for outside fairs and festivals and it is perfect for it. I recommend purchasing this item... It has gromet holes in it so you can hang it from the frame of the tent/canopy.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are indoor banners used for in direct sales?

Indoor banners are typically used for promoting products or events within a controlled environment, such as a home party or a trade show booth. They are designed to attract attention and provide information in a way that enhances the overall presentation of the sales event.

What are outdoor banners designed for?

Outdoor banners are specifically made to withstand the elements and are used for advertising in open spaces. They are often larger and more durable, intended to catch the eye of passersby and promote sales events, product launches, or brand awareness in outdoor settings.

What materials are commonly used for indoor banners?

Indoor banners are usually made from lighter materials such as vinyl, fabric, or paper. These materials are easy to handle and can be printed with high-quality graphics, making them suitable for indoor displays where durability against weather is not a concern.

What materials are best for outdoor banners?

Outdoor banners are typically made from heavier, weather-resistant materials like vinyl or mesh. These materials are designed to endure wind, rain, and sunlight, ensuring that the banner remains intact and visually appealing even in harsh outdoor conditions.

How do the designs differ between indoor and outdoor banners?

The design of indoor banners often focuses on intricate graphics and detailed information since they are viewed up close. In contrast, outdoor banners prioritize bold colors and large text to ensure visibility from a distance, making it easier for people to read the message quickly as they pass by.
