I have a book somewhere that is ALL venison recipes but it isn't in my cookbook rack...have to go find it. I mainly use recipes I would use for beef for venison.

You REALLY should try a roast with the smokey BBQ rub we sell in the DCB in the microwave or oven...or the older PC stew recipe - can't think of the cookbook - will look for it and substitute venison for the beef...
