There is a thread on here I started for "ham salad" there are a few ideas on there.

Make a brunch braid (cresent roll dough, scramble some eggs with veggies, ham, cheese and a little salt & pepper then put the scrambled eggs into the dough wreath, ring or braid).

These are great ideas! Hubby wants the scalloped potatoes and ham tonight, I'll do a braid tomorrow morning for my Moms Club meeting. I hope that takes care of it. He bought a ham big enough for at least a dozen people, and it was just us and my mom. The kids didn't eat much, lol. Thx for all the input! :D

I chopped my leftovers up and added a few things to make a delicious ham spread for crackers and toast!

You can always freeze ham! I cube it & freeze it, and then when I want to make a casserole, or a braid....I just pull it out! I do the same with bonless chicken :)

Ham Salad link - I didn't see much in the way of recipes in that thread but I linked it anyway since someone mentioned it above. Good luck!
