When you recieve a show's order and you are getting it all together, what besides the receipt do you include in your customer's bag? I'm just trying to get some ideas. I was thinking of throwing in a thank you card with next month's host special flyer, etc. What does everyone else do?

Thanks,
Erica :)

Erica,

Usually the orders go to the host to bag up and distribute but I do send thank you notes attached to their receipts from PP. I'll email you and send you a copy.

Thanks for you help!! :)

A little shorterI staple a small card-size piece of card stock with basically the first paragraph on Sherri's letter to the receipts I give the host. I save a little space under the paragraph for my stamp.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I include in the perfect customer bag?

When creating the perfect customer bag, consider including a mix of practical and promotional items. Essential items might include a catalog, order forms, and a thank-you note. You can also add a small sample of a popular product, a coupon for their next purchase, and a business card to encourage future engagement.

How can I personalize customer bags for different clients?

Personalization can enhance the customer experience. You can tailor the contents of the bag based on previous purchases or preferences. For example, if a customer frequently buys baking products, include a baking recipe card or a small baking tool. Additionally, handwrite a note addressing them by name to make it more personal.

What are some creative ideas for packaging customer bags?

Consider using reusable tote bags or decorative boxes that reflect your brand's style. You can also use tissue paper or shredded paper to add a touch of elegance. Adding a pop of color with ribbons or stickers can make the bag visually appealing and memorable.

How can I use customer bags to promote future sales?

Incorporate promotional materials into the customer bags, such as discount coupons or flyers for upcoming events. You can also include a referral program card that incentivizes customers to share your business with friends. This not only encourages repeat business but also helps expand your customer base.

What is the best way to present the customer bag during a party or event?

Presentation is key! Consider showcasing the customer bags at the end of your presentation or event. You can create a mini display where customers can see the contents. Explain the value of each item as you hand them out, and encourage them to share their experiences with the products to create excitement.
