The recognition newsletter can be located below the cluster calendar link. To send ecards, users need to navigate to the performance tracker, check the boxes next to the desired recipients, and then scroll down to select the cards.
Mine was available immediately. You find it on Consultant Connection (since you pay for it with the website you'd think that's where you'd look but no...).
