I was at a workshop at NC and one of the speakers talked about coaching and bringing up notes in Consultant Connection.
Well a TON of us had no idea what she was talking about (right, Colleen, Ann and Diane?
) so I came home and have been looking for this feature.
I gave up and just called Technical Support. I told him that it's HIDING! I would have never known it was there!!!
So, if you want to track how you're coaching your team, go to Consultant Connection.
Go to Performance Tracker.
Click on the consultant you would like to write notes for. (example, Suzy Q)
Now it'll bring up the performance tracker but you don't want that. Click on Suzy's name at top.
It'll bring up her address, personal info but scroll down.
Click on Add coaching note. Look up in the top right corner and it'll show you how to approach certain topics.
It's FANTASTIC!! I hope this helps you as much as it'll help me!!!
