Has anybody ever tried using skim milk instead of the pint of half and half called for in the Chocolate Chip Sensation recipe?
Maybe using 1 1/2 cups skim milk instead of 2 cups half and half? That just seems excessive to me.
Anybody have any thoughts?

Bumping for anybody?

Guess I'll just try it and let everyone know how it goes... How bad could it be? Using less skim milk should make it have a thicker consistency and it would have less fat than using half and half.

You could try fat free 1/2 and 1/2.
