Can we use our own recipes too or do they have to be PC recipes??

I have a recipe for a salad that would use a good variety of products but it is a recipe my friend gave me so it`s not PC

I asked this question just the other day. I was told the reason it is recommended to use PC recipes is to sell cookbooks and seasonings.

I have never heard of an actual rule that says you have to use PC recipes. I say, if it shows off lots of products, go for it!

You can certainly use any recipe that you want!!

I have always just made sure that it showed off a variety (read: a lot of $$ worth) of products!

Granted, if you do a recipe from a cookbook, or use some of our pantry items it will help with sales somewhat, but there definately is no rule against using your own recipes!

I don't see why we can't use our own recipes. I demo PC all the time & rarely sell a cookbook or seasoning. I say if you can do it using a lot of product...go for it.
