I had a new bride email me today wanting to know if she could exchange the doubles she received at her wedding for something else. I didn't know the answer.

Here's the background.

She had a PC bridal shower with me, but did not do the registry. Her shower was back on...I think November 18th and she got married on December 23rd. I don't know how many items she received two of.

Since I did not know the answer to this I referred her to 888-OUR-CHEF, but I'd like to know if this is possible just for future reference. :confused:
 
I would not see why she could not. Within 30 days PC will even pay to return them but if it is over 30 days she is going to have to pay to return them. I think especially if she is just wanting to exchange them it should not be a problem. I would still call HO to know for sure. It will not take long and you will have a for sure answer from them.
 
Yes it's possible. I had a guest of mine....her daughter's mil got her registered w/another consultant. The mom of the bride deals with me though & asked if I could help them exchange some items. It wasn't a problem, except they waited too long. It was after the 30 days, so they had to pay to ship it all back, but didn't have to pay for the new items to be shipped
So, if yours is under the 30 days, get on them to get it done soon!
