Why would this be unacceptable? If the host does all the money collection and chooses to make a single payment with his/her card, why is that a problem?![]()

You have an entire show now hanging in the balance.
Example, one show, one credit card, 10 orders. All ten orders submitted and paid for on that card are now in question.
Same show, cash, checks and credit cards and then bad card.
You can get on the phone with the Home Office and cancel the orders attached to that card if you can not get it resolved with whomever and at least the rest of the orders can be shipped.
It is a simple choice of loosing an entire show or just some of the orders.
Yes, a host can choose to put the entire show total on one credit card. This is often convenient for hosts who want to manage their payments in one transaction.
Generally, there are no restrictions on using one credit card for the entire show. However, hosts should ensure that the card has sufficient credit limit to cover the total amount of all orders.
If the credit card is declined, the host will need to provide an alternative payment method for the total amount. It's important to verify the card details before finalizing the transaction.
Yes, the host can choose to pay for their own order separately. They can inform the consultant to process their order independently from the other guests' orders.
No, using one credit card for the entire show will not affect the host's rewards. The rewards are based on the total sales generated during the show, regardless of how payments are made.
