I have a client who is asking for a cheese ball that PC had in a fundraisor recipe book years ago. Does anyone have this recipe?
 
does she remember the name? I found something called Confetti Cheese Ball?:D

no bake recipe!I'd like the recipe for both.

ok...here goes....

Party Cheese Ball

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 Cups (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
3 Tablespoons Mayo
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
Dash garlic salt
1/4 Cup pitted ripe olives
2 Tablespoons finely chopped onions
1/2 chopped pecans or minced fresh parsley

In medium bowl, combine cream cheese & cheddar. Blend in mayo,worcestershire sauce,celery salt & garlic salt. Stir in olives & onions. Cover; chill 2-3 hours for flavors to blend. When ready to serve, shape mixture into ball;roll in pecans. Serve with crackers

Confetti Cheese Ball


8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 (8oz) can juice packed crushed pineapple, drained
1 (4 oz) jar pimento stuffed olives,drained & finely chopped
1 med. green pepper
1 med. onion finely chopped
1/4 to 1/2 cups saltine cracker crumbs
2 Cups chopped pecans, divided
Chopped fresh parsley (optional)



Combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pineapple, olives, pepper, onion, cracker crumbs & 1 Cup of pecans in a large mixing bowl & mix well. Chill, covered, 1 hour. Shape into a ball. Roll in the remaining pecans & parsley. Chill, wrapped in plastic wrap, until serving time. Serve with assorted crackers.
