Bridal Fair Tips: What to Bring and How to Promote Your Business"

In summary, for a successful fair, it is recommended to bring popular products for display and demonstration, catalogs and business cards to hand out, and samples of food products for people to try. It's also important to have a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the products. Additionally, consider creating an information board to showcase all the products and services offered. If you have a website, be sure to include information about registries. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Can anyone tell me what would be good to take with me plus what flyers you hand out? I am nervous and with the winter snow storms I haven't even thought about this fair until today. I am going in under prepared today.

Are you setting a booth up with display? Take the stuff that is most popular is what I usually take for these things. I have a flyer that I have made up that has all of the details on it about the bridal stuff that Pampered Chef has to offer the bride and groom and a few details about what they would be getting. I take catalogs to handout and I will usually hand out the mini catalogs and then take a few of the big current catalogs if someone is really interested in doing a shower and so on and give them a big catalog. I will take a bunch of out dated catalogs and put a sticker on them saying that if they would like to see all of the current products that they can contact me or get on my personal website and look at the current products.

Ashley's ideas are good ones. If you have a website be sure to include information about registries.

Here is the flyer that I was talking about earlier that I use at fairs to give them the basic info that we offer. I also have the tri fold brochures that Pampered Chef has and give them also.

Any questions please don't hesitate to send a message. I am in the process of putting together a info board that will have everything to offer them and have it in one place for them to see infront of them.

Hello! Don't worry, it's normal to feel a little nervous before a fair. As for what to bring and hand out, I would recommend bringing some of our popular products to display and demonstrate, as well as some of our catalogs and business cards to hand out to potential customers. It's also a good idea to have some samples of our delicious food products for people to try. And don't forget to bring your positive attitude and enthusiasm for our amazing products! Good luck at the fair, I know you'll do great.
