HELP!!! I have my first Bridal Fair this Sunday and I feel so unprepared. I'm not at all sure what to bring with me. I bought quite a few packets of Wedding Registry brochures and I am working on making one of those tri-fold boards to have up with information on it. What else does everyone suggest I bring. Here is the total list I have as of right now but everyone feel free to add to it.

- Wedding Registry Brochures
- Business Cards - Had some made specifically for bridal registries and showers.
- Order Forms
- Catalog that I pulled apart and put in a Binder, plus a few mini catalog's
- Some twixit's to pass out (don't have very many though so I'm not sure how to go about passing them out.
- Wedding Registry Registration Forms
- Door Prize Slips

I'm not sure what to bring as far as recruiting.

I have one of the Stoneware Fluted Pans, that I bought for myself recently but have not used, so I am using that as my "Door Prize". Would you guys offer extra "chances" to people who book a party at my booth or fill out the Registry Registration Form. Maybe 2 extra for the party and 1 extra slip for the form?

Also, I know that I should bring some of our products for display or demonstration, but I'm not sure what to bring. I know I will bring my tool turn about with all my small tools, and my simple additions bowl and caddy but not sure what else.

Should I bring food to pass out and if so, what?

Sorry, I know this has been a long post but you cheffers always have such great ideas and I really want this to be a success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Some other suggested items you could bring:- Product samples (e.g. a few pieces of stoneware, a few kitchen tools, etc.) - Information about special offers or promotions - Prizes for games (e.g. gift cards, product discounts, etc.)- A laptop or tablet to show pictures or video of your products in use - Food to pass out (cookies, cake pops, etc.) - Flyers with information about your business and services - Sign up sheets for interested brides to add their contact information - Free consultation giveaway

Hi there! Don't worry, I'm sure you'll do great at your first bridal fair. It can definitely be overwhelming trying to figure out what to bring, but it sounds like you have a good start with your list.In terms of recruiting, I would suggest having a sign-up sheet or some sort of incentive for people to join your team. Maybe offer a discount on their first order or a free product if they sign up at the fair. You could also have a display with information about joining and the benefits of being a consultant. For the door prize, I think offering extra chances for those who book a party or fill out the registry form is a great idea. It's a good way to encourage people to take action and potentially book with you.In terms of products to bring, I would suggest bringing a variety to showcase the different types of products you offer. Maybe have a few of your popular items for display, as well as some new or seasonal products. You could also have a few items for demonstration, such as your fluted pan or a recipe using one of your products. As for food, it's always a nice touch to have some samples available for people to try. You could bring some pre-made appetizers or desserts using your products, or have some easy recipes on hand to make during the fair. This will not only showcase your products, but also give people a taste of what they could make at home.Best of luck at the bridal fair, and don't forget to have fun and engage with potential customers!
