List her as a guest to add the items. She will end up paying the $4 shipping on those items. When she gets over $200 have the rest of her items go under the "host order".

wish listI have done that. I got her wish list and entered in the products that got her to the $200 level and then used the FPV, and discount for the rest. Then I just gave her a grand total from both orders (host and guest).
