Do you have a booking incentive flyer you would be willing to share?? My director suggested I offer a free stone (of 3) or $5 off for people who book a certain day (trying to steer people towards dates I want filled). I haven't had one show yet in January ~ yikes. But do have 2 hopefully big ones set for later on this month... My other bookings (one or two every month) are in the spring & summer.

I would love to have a great booking incentive thing to share at my next show. Thank you!!!

How's this?I will try to attach a flyer, but as I've never done it on this forum I don't know if it will work. If it doesn't, I can email it if you'd like.

Thank you Kim! That was just what I was looking for. Anyone else?

Kimmers, How were your results in the past? I'm assuming you just added the item to their order and you picked up the difference in cost?
Did you yield a higher profit that month?
Just curious. Thanks

I know my highest sales month was the month I did the fluted stone as a dollar days item. I recommend it to at least try.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are incentive flyers and how can they boost bookings?

Incentive flyers are promotional materials designed to encourage potential hosts or customers to book parties or events. They typically outline special offers, discounts, or rewards for hosting a party. By clearly communicating the benefits and creating excitement, these flyers can significantly increase bookings and engagement with your Pampered Chef business.

What elements should be included in an effective incentive flyer?

An effective incentive flyer should include eye-catching visuals, a clear and enticing headline, details about the incentive (such as discounts or free products), a call to action, and contact information. Additionally, incorporating testimonials or success stories can help build trust and encourage potential hosts to take action.

How can I distribute my incentive flyers to reach more potential hosts?

You can distribute your incentive flyers through various channels, including social media platforms, email newsletters, community bulletin boards, and local events. Additionally, consider printing physical copies to hand out during cooking shows, parties, or networking events to maximize your reach.

What are some creative ideas for incentives to include in my flyers?

Creative incentives can include exclusive discounts on future purchases, free products for hosts, gift cards, or entry into a raffle for larger prizes. You might also consider themed parties or special promotions tied to holidays or seasons, which can make your offer more appealing and timely.

How often should I update my incentive flyers?

It's a good practice to update your incentive flyers regularly, ideally every month or quarter, to keep your offerings fresh and relevant. This allows you to respond to seasonal trends, new product launches, or customer feedback, ensuring that your incentives remain attractive and effective in driving bookings.
