this is a little dif't than the way in think most consultants do things - i think we try to book a date at the show for potential hosts - however - this doesn't always work and in my case i am living abroad for a few months so i really couldn't book certain dates as i wasn't sure when i could. now that i may have a date in mind - does anyone have a letter to send out that is formatted with specific dates? just thought i'd see if anyone has something remotely like this that i could even tweak to fit my needs - i saw the one about cooking classes but it wasn't quite right for what i need. thanks so much if anyone has anything or any suggestions.

I don't have a letter template specifically for booking a date at a show, but I do have some tips that may help you.First, be sure to make your request as specific as possible. Include the date you are hoping to book, the time frame you are looking for, and any other necessary details such as the type of event or the size of your group.Second, it's important to be clear about why you are interested in the show. Is it for business purposes, educational purposes, or something else? It can help to explain what you hope to gain from attending or participating in the show.Third, make sure to include a deadline for your request. This will help demonstrate that you are serious about making this happen and that you expect a response. Finally, if you are interested in negotiating a fee for your participation, be sure to include that information as well.I hope this helps! Good luck with booking your show date.

Hi there! I can definitely understand the struggle of trying to book specific dates for potential hosts, especially when living abroad. It can be difficult to plan ahead when you're not sure of your exact availability. As for a letter to send out with specific dates, I don't have one on hand, but I would suggest trying to keep it simple and straight to the point. Maybe something like:"Dear potential host,I am reaching out to you with exciting news! I have finally secured a date for my upcoming show and I would love for you to join me as a host. The show will be held on [specific date] at [location]. As you may know, I have been living abroad for the past few months, and it has been challenging to book specific dates. However, I am thrilled to have this date locked in and I am hoping it works for you as well. If you are interested in hosting, please let me know at your earliest convenience so we can start planning. I am looking forward to seeing you and your friends at the show!Thank you for your continued support.Best regards,
"Of course, feel free to tweak this to fit your needs and add any additional information that you think may be necessary. I hope this helps and good luck with your show!
