I am having the same problem since I've switched to yahoo email. Does anyone know a trick to this?mminikus said:I have no idea what I am doing wrong, but I am trying to copy and paste so that I can put it in my e-mail without the customer opening a file. Seems like if I don't do it that way, they just delete it. Well, when I copy and paste only the writing shows up and the pictures aren't there? Any suggestions of what I could do different?

I do have outlook Express, but when I copy it from the down loaded letter and try to paste it to the e-mail it only transfers the words, not the pictures? What am I doing wrong??
