Shannon...are you asking about how we RUN our shows...or about our personalilities?purrbal said:My shows have been more of me "lecturing" more like Jillians but I really came away in love with Jennifer and Teresa's shows. I will be using their methods for sure. I don't know that I want to take everything I own to the shows so I think I will try and get a feel from my hosts about the products they really want to try out and bring those for sure as well as what I need for the recipe and then some of the ones I absolutely love or cannot live without.
Side note I loved Jillian's game, does anyone else do this game? What word do you find yourself using all the time...what about LOVE ???

In the context of Pampered Chef, being a Jillian, Jennifer, or Teresa refers to different personality types or approaches to direct sales within the company. Each name represents a unique style of selling and engaging with customers, helping consultants identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
You can determine your type by reflecting on your sales approach, customer interactions, and personal preferences. Consider how you relate to customers, your selling techniques, and what motivates you in your Pampered Chef business. There may also be quizzes or assessments available through Pampered Chef resources to help you identify your type.
A Jillian is typically characterized by being highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving specific goals. They often excel in planning and executing successful parties, and they thrive on structure and clear expectations. Jillians may also be great at following up with customers and maintaining relationships.
A Jennifer is often seen as a social butterfly who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships. They are usually enthusiastic, charismatic, and skilled at creating a fun atmosphere during parties. Jennifers are great at engaging customers and may prioritize social interactions over strict sales tactics.
A Teresa is typically known for their creativity and adaptability. They often think outside the box and are willing to try new approaches to selling. Teresas may focus on storytelling and personal experiences to connect with customers, making their sales approach feel more relatable and authentic.
