Does anyone have an April OOF?
 
Yes. You can download it at consultant's corner. I really feel that the one they provide has everything we could want on it and no work for us. Now it's even set up so that we can put our info and tax rates on it before printing. Couldn't be easier. I just print page 1 and give the host a copy of page 2 in case anyone has a question or wants to direct ship. They all get an official receipt from me as soon as I get the order. ...And pretty soon they'll get an email receipt as soon as it's entered on our new web based program!
