My first goal was to work on my show calender 8-12 shows minium per month (for me), now I have changed my focus to recruiting. Offer booking incentives, call your list of 100 instead of saying help me start my business say help my quit my job. I just quit my other job, my last day is 4/30. I hope this has helped.

1. Research: I first researched the market demand for PC services in my area and identified potential clients and competitors. This helped me understand the potential for success and the challenges I may face.2. Networking: I reached out to other PC professionals and attended industry events to network and learn from their experiences. This helped me gain valuable insights and advice on building a successful PC business.3. Skills and knowledge: I assessed my skills and knowledge in PC and identified areas where I needed to improve. I took online courses, attended workshops, and sought mentorship to enhance my technical and business skills.4. Financial planning: I created a detailed business plan and financial projections to determine the costs involved in starting and running a PC business full-time. This helped me understand the financial risks and make informed decisions.5. Building a brand: I worked on creating a strong brand identity for my business, including a logo, website, and social media presence. This helped me establish credibility and attract potential clients.6. Client acquisition: I reached out to my network and offered my services to friends, family, and acquaintances. I also utilized online platforms such as LinkedIn and freelance websites to connect with potential clients.7. Team building: I started by hiring a few part-time employees to help with the workload and gradually built a team of experienced and reliable technicians. I also focused on creating a positive work culture to attract and retain talented team members.8. Marketing and advertising: I invested in targeted marketing and advertising strategies to reach potential clients and promote my services. This included creating flyers, business cards, and online ads.9.
